The Masseria Calongo, an old structure of the seventeenth century is situated on a hill in north-western Cisternino behind the beautiful Valle D'Itria almost to be careful and scrupulous observer of the same.

The structure was built in late 1600 and early 1700 by the then owners of the Marquis De Vitofranceschi for their wonderful summer and for their hunting.

Today the masseria has been restored to reflect the charm of the past, offers its guests all the comforts in four comfortable apartments for a holiday in the countryside, with the relaxation, food and genuine charm of yesteryear.
